This is a development of 50 residential apartments (50 x 2beds) for Estuary Housing Association on a former builders merchants site located within close walking distance of Prittlewell Station.
Planning permission was granted in July 2015 and the scheme completed in February 2017. The scheme has required very careful planning because of railway sidings that are located to the rear of the site and a high voltage cable that runs across the front. Southend Council have been very supportive of the regeneration of the site which has been vacant for over 10 years.
