Neasden Goods Yard
Hollybrook acquired Neasden Goods Yard, a 4.75 Acre site immediately adjacent to Neasden Station, in 2021. We are currently awaiting a planning permission for a development that will provide 1,151 homes, 640 student rooms, 110,000 sq. ft of Industrial Space along with a significant portion of retail space, a large central garden, pocket park and children's playgrounds. The scheme will have 5 towers ranging in height from 30 to 51 stories. As part of the planning process, we have worked closely with TFL to facilitate the future redevelopment of Neasden Tube Station, and the scheme will also safeguard land for the future West London Orbital Station that will be provided on the site.
