Park Royal

Hollybrook acquired this site located within the Park Royal Town Centre Masterplan which aims to regenerate the area in the centre of Park Royal adjacent to Central Middlesex Hospital. Working closely with the OPDC, Hollybrook secured Planning Permission to redevelop the vacant site to deliver 105nr residential units, commercial space and public realm.

The development was the first residential scheme within the new Town Centre Masterplan. The site is located within walking distance from both North Acton and Harlesden in Zone 3, connectivity to the rest of London is a key benefit of the scheme.

Construction works completed in August 2021.
