The Bull Pub

Hollybrook acquired the former Bull Pub in Dagenham East in January 2022. The pub use had ceased operating in 2013 and the site had been identified by LBBD for redevelopment.

The site occupies a prominent location within Dagenham and Hollybrook have worked closely with the local planning authority to develop a high quality residential scheme delivering much needed housing.

A planning application has been submitted and is due to be determined in early 2024.
